Synthetic Baler Twine

 

 

General Properties

Polypropylene baler twine has been developed specifically for agricultural applications, namely for baling hay and straw. Baler twine is produced in Europe - Czech Republic - with the most modern technology and equipment which guarantee a top class product of wide range individually suited to specific requirements. 
Baler twine has UV stabilization integrated for use under extreme climatic conditions and is available in all different colours. Baler twine comes in precision spools. They are individually shrink-wrapped in polyethylene film for protection .

Quality assurance

Baler twines are made by the newest technical standart. They consist of polypropylene which is absolutely free from hazardous substances and compatible with requirements for friendly environment. It is also manufactured in accordance with the company ISO 9002 quality system procedures.

Application

Baler twine can be used in all big round balers and big square balers worldwide.The construction and twisting of the tape are specifically geared to obtain the highest tensile strengths , particulary at the knot.
