JUTAFIL - PP Wound Filter Cartridges

 

General Properties

made from bacteria resistant pure polypropylene fibres in special wound designs on a polypropylene core. In the winding process fibres are laid across the passage way and locked by succeeding layers. Progressive removal of particles from surface to centre provides true depth filtration and large contaminant holding capacity.

  • All filter cartridges are produced in the first quality, which is ensured by the ISO 9002 certification of the production factory

  • Filter cartridges meet the following health standards

    • FDA standards for use with drinking water

    • requirements of The Czech Ministry of Health Care for the use with drinking water

Application

  • filter cartridges JUTAFIL are used for pressure filtration of fluids and gases polluted with mechanical particles, e.g. dust, sand, rust, sediments, etc.

  • high chemical resistance of the used polypropylene material makes filter cartridges suitable also for filtration of aggressive liquids

  • JUTAFIL cartridges fit most standard household, industrial, and commercial housings - e.g:

    • water processing

    • first filtration step for membrane separation

    • cleaning and recycling of water in swimming pools

    • filtration of air and technical gases
