General Properties

Carpet backing fabrics are made of 100% polypropylene and produced on Sulzer-machines. We can divide it into two different types - primary and sekundary.

Quality Assurance

Production plants are certified by ISO 9001. All fabrics are tested in our test rooms so that we could provide the stable quality which is in conformity with required specifications.

Primary

  • roll 1000 lm

  • width up to 522 cm

  • colour brown, beige

  • tensility of fabric

    • laminated: 11-16% in both warp and weft line

    • with fibrilated weft ( 87g/m² ): 11-16% in the warp line, 9-12% in the weft line

  • toleration:

    • areal weight +/-5%

    • width +/-2 cm
